Using the site





  • Go to the login screen at climedirect.com.au. Click "Forgot Your Password."
  • Enter your email address that you signed up to the service with.
  • You will receive an email containing a link. Click or paste this link into your internet browser.
  • You will be taken to a screen where you can reset your password.
  • After this you will be able to login to the product with your new password.
  • Click “My Account” which can be found at the top right of each page in the drop-down menu under your user name.
  • Choose the details that you wish to update.

There are a number of reasons why you may have stopped receiving our weekly emails.

  • Check to see if your inbox is full – this can result in an email bouncing back and the system will automatically stop sending the regular newsletters.
  • Check your email security settings – it may be marking the emails as spam.
  • Check your junk inbox.
  • Add Clime Direct to your safe list.
  • Also if it is a work email address you may have to check with your system administrator.
