Using the site
What should I do if I can't log in?
- Go to the login screen at climedirect.com.au. Click "Forgot Your Password."
- Enter your email address that you signed up to the service with.
- You will receive an email containing a link. Click or paste this link into your internet browser.
- You will be taken to a screen where you can reset your password.
- After this you will be able to login to the product with your new password.
How do I change my contact or payment details?
- Click “My Account” which can be found at the top right of each page in the drop-down menu under your user name.
- Choose the details that you wish to update.
What should I do if I'm not receiving your emails?
There are a number of reasons why you may have stopped receiving our weekly emails.
- Check to see if your inbox is full – this can result in an email bouncing back and the system will automatically stop sending the regular newsletters.
- Check your email security settings – it may be marking the emails as spam.
- Check your junk inbox.
- Add Clime Direct to your safe list.
- Also if it is a work email address you may have to check with your system administrator.
